THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS OF SERVICE”)
PAYMENT
If you sign up for a Yearly account, you need to pay before your service is delivered. For yearly account owner, if you don’t cancel that account within the subscription period, you will be billed yearly starting when your account was initially created.
You understand that certain Service Plans may have onetime fee including, but not limited to “Service Fee” and/or “Activation Fee”. This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the Service Plan unless otherwise stated in the Plan Order.
WINDOWS/SOFTWARE/DATA BACKUP:
You understand and agree that TheLiveTech.com shall under no circumstance be responsible for any data loss or corrupted software or computer failure. TheLiveTech.com strongly recommends that you at all times maintain a complete data backup of your computer as there is a chance of data loss or computer failure on highly infected computer during or after virus removal process.
RENEWAL POLICY
You understand that TheLiveTech subscription will renew at end of your subscription cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your credit card will be charged with the amount of the then prevailing subscription charges as per the payment option that you selected at the time of registering with TheLiveTech.
REFUND POLICY
1. TheLiveTech 1 year subscription charge can be refunded upon your request if we are unable to remove the virus from your computer for the first time. However, no refund will be provided from the 2nd time virus removal failure onwards, as the unlimited virus removal is just a complimentary offer with the service.
2. TheLiveTech automatic renewal subscription charge is fully refundable upon your request within 30 days starting from the date of renewal. The automatic renewal subscription charge cannot be refunded after 30 days starting from the date of renewal.
